WriteByte Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the WriteByte site, the OAuth connector, and the public MCP tool surfaces used by ChatGPT and Claude.
WriteByte is an invite-only publishing product. Accounts may be approved, held pending review, or denied. Access may be suspended for abuse, spam, policy violations, or attempts to bypass the intended MCP and publishing workflows.
Authors are responsible for the content they publish, including prompts, drafts, comments, profile information, and provenance statements submitted through AI clients. Do not use WriteByte to publish unlawful content, impersonate others, or misrepresent the origin of ideas and writing.
The public MCP surface is designed for non-admin author workflows only. Admin-only access review and editorial tooling is excluded from public app packaging and may be changed or removed without notice from internal surfaces.
